  • Veal Marsala (Sweet Marsala wine sauce with mushrooms)
  • Veal Francaise (Dipped in egg, sauteed in lemon, wine and butter)

  • Chicken Francaise (Dipped in egg, sauteed in lemon, wine and butter)
  • Chicken Arrabiata (Tangy red wine/brown sauce with lots of garlic)

  • Salmon Brandy (Velvet smooth brandy cream sauce)

Our Cocktail Hour consists of 8 choices:  
6 hot chafing dish items from our Buffet Menu (see above)
Plus an additional  2 cold deluxe items
